Who would have thought that a sleepy-looking lizard would one day be source of endless fun for kids! The app has a nice soundtrack and back-story for the adventures of Spike & Lizia. Kids will enjoy tapping away to help them eat as many bugs as possible. It has various play options, allowing for both single player and multiple player options.
The focus of the content of the game is not educational. Yet, being a fast reflexes based game, it does help a child improve related skills.
The high quality of sound and visuals make this game a delight. On top of it, the simple act of clicking (which helps the characters feed and user get higher score), make it addictive.
There is very tight integration of Social Media with the games. Ideally it should not be so in games aimed at kids. These can be tucked away in a separate section for parent or allow a parent to control their access. Something to consider for next release.
